EVRYTHING YOU DO IS MARKETING! You might think that Marketing is just about social media or your website SEO or maybe online reviews. While these are certainly a part of marketing, they are not nearly everything – and really not even nearly close to enough. The challenge in the marketplace today is to somehow stand out from the crowd, to be seen in your community as unique rather than “just another dentist”. This requires focused, concentrated effort coupled with a comprehensive plan that encompasses multiple aspects of consumerism. The abbreviation “TLC’ has long been considered to stand for Tender Loving Care. Today, in addition to that meaning, TLC should also be thought of as “Think Like (the) Consumer”. As Mike often says: “It’s hard to get better at giving people what they don’t want”.
